Refunds

Courses and other digital products from Rise Productive LLC are sold one-time. Because they are delivered in full the moment you buy, the refund window is short and specific, and it matches the payment processor's policy exactly so there is no gap between what this page says and what actually happens.

The window

How to ask

Email hello@riseproductive.com from the address you bought with, with the product name and the order reference. If the request is inside the window it is honoured, no questions asked.

What is not refundable

Sponsorship placements, once published, are not refundable.
