Rise Productive LLC ("Rise Productive") is the publisher of the content and digital products on this site. Using the site or buying a product means you agree to what follows.

The site

The videos, newsletter issues, and pages here are for information and education. They are written for one person improving their own work. Use your judgement before acting on anything; you are responsible for what you do with it.

Digital products

When you buy a course or another digital product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it.

• You may use it for your own work, on any of your own devices.
• You may not resell, share, redistribute, or republish it, in whole or in part, free or paid.
• Access is for the individual buyer. Seats, teams, and multi-user access are not offered.

Purchases are handled by TODO: payment processor; their terms cover the transaction itself. Refunds are described on Refunds.

Sponsorships and affiliate links

Some content is sponsored and some links earn a commission. How that is disclosed is on Disclosure.

Ownership

The content on this site and in the products is owned by Rise Productive unless otherwise stated. Quoting with attribution is fine; copying whole pieces is not.

Liability

The site and products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Rise Productive is not liable for losses arising from your use of them. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of TODO: state of formation, United States.
